摘要:目的:本研究调查研究中国护士群体职业伤害发生和心理疏导程度需求,并探讨影响心理疏导的因素。方法:本研究为横断面调查研究,随机数字化随机选取样本,通过在线调查问卷形式进行数据收集整理。结果:近50%的护士群体在工作过程中受到过患者及其家属的过激行为。13.4%的护士受到过3次以上的过激行为伤害。78.96%的护士在工作过程中受到过针刺伤害,51.22%的受到过心理创伤,86.1%的护士需要轻度到中度的心理疏导帮助,13.9%的极度需求心理疏导帮助。护士受到的患者及其家属的过激行为次数、所在医疗机构对职业伤害的重视程度及对护士群体的重视程度是护士心理疏导需求程度的影响因素。结论:中国护士群体目前面对着较为严重的心理压力和职业伤害,医疗护理管理者应足够重视并给予干预措施预防和减少这种情况的发生发展。
