摘要：目的：探索在急性髓系白血病(AML)治疗前及缓解后BHMT基因的表达变化及机制研究。方法：通过使用实时荧光定量 RT-PCR方法检测BHMT基因在40例初诊急性髓系白血病(AML)患者治疗前及完全缓解后及正常人30例骨髓中的表达情况。结果：BHMT在初诊急性髓系白血病（AML）患者骨髓中相对表达量低于治疗后缓解组中的表达水平 ( P＜0.05)。结论: BHMT基因在急性髓系白血病中的表达水平较缓解后表达水平低，考虑BHMT基因可能参与了急性髓系白血病的发生发展。
